Refund Policy

All of our microphones come with a 30-day money back warranty.  If you're not satisfied with your purchase during the trial period, send us an EMAIL and we'll provide a hassle-free return. No questions asked. 

The only caveats are as follows:

• Return shipping will be your responsibility. Also, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments.
• After contacting us, we'll contact you with the further information in 48 hours.
• Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial.  Unfortunately, returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
• All returns or exchanges must be received in like new condition with all original accessories and packaging!
• All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees .  If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• All returned product will be inspected and processed within 7-12 days of receipt.
• Shipping rate will not be refunded.

Although our return rate is less than 1%, this policy is there for your comfort. That's how much we believe in our products.  We think you'll love them too! :)
